G'day guys. Noticed today as i was getting out of my car after work that my headlight buzzer that alerts me to leaving my headlights on isn't working anymore, must have happen in the last couple of days.

Question is, where is the bastard located (i've been meaning to look out of interest but now its hard as it doesn't tell me lol) and what sort of alternative can i have. IE wreckers to find another or can you go to Jaycar and get a little buzzer.

Cheers :)

The buzzer is located in the central locking receiver and is soldered to the circuit board, I doubt it is blown. Does your interior light go on when you open your driver's door? it may be your door switch it.:)

Just noticed the above post, it may still be your door switch as there are 2 wires. Green with a red strip for interior light and a white with green strip that goes to the receiver for the buzzer.

I apologize mate you were right! i didn't notice my lights weren't working as where i got out of my car was well lit up. I swapped it over with my passenger side one and its all good. ill hit up the wreckers for another one.

Thanks mate!
