Received the following quote for suspension work on my car. It seems a little exxy, but I have no idea what's involved with all this. Is it a reasonable quote or not?

Quite a lot of work for these.
Control arms have to come out. Press out the old rear bushes and press the new ones in.
Front bushes are split so are a quick and easy change.
Bump stops mean that each shock absorber and spring has to be removed, spring compressed, nut undone, mount removed and bump stop swapped. Then put together again.

Wheel alignment appears to be a little expensive.

Normally only about $50-$70 for wheel alignment..

As long as they're happy to adjust my camber too (I have F+R camber kits), I don't mind paying ~$100 for a good wheel alignment.

Agreed with the alignment, i wouldn't expect to pay more than $70.
Everything else sounds about right, though.

Front lower control arm bush looks exxy. I've been quoted $250 each by local Mitsubishi dealer for lower control arms for my TJ AWD. The arm comes with the bushes and the ball joint.
