I can tell that the dust cover it missing but what is the pink stuff?

As i was hoping that was just the case, so how does one go about replacing the bump stop?

Also are the black covers easy to get a hold of?

its is not an easy job as you need to remove struts .use spring conpresser to remove the springs.best to get someone who has done them before to help.depends on witch kit you buy as to getting the dust covers aswell.

Get bumpstops from the States. Cheaper than you can get in Australia and of much better construction.

Search for Diamantes. They call bump stops by some other name IIRC.

at least you still have SOME of your bump stops left.. when i got my front struts replaced (under warranty) there was virtually no bump stops at all left on the old struts...
