I have broken windows, electrics and mirrors on my '99 TH wagon .. i can pick up a '97 wagon cheap.
Can I just change the doors over??

Yes you can but,you will need to use the door loom from your TH as they are different to earlier models. You will also need the door lock key cylinder and the little plug on the end from your old door .

Please excuse my ignorance, but what is the door loom??
and is there any reason i cant just use the key for the new doors to get in and my own key for ignition??
One other thing.. will the tailgate fit too??
Cheers, birdy

The tail gate im not sure on, it may have different wiring. The door loom is the wiring in the door, you will need this as yours will be different to older models .You can use the key lock from the other door and key, but on the drivers door you will need to remove little key switch from your original lock cylinder and put it on the other one as older cars did not have it. If you don't swap this over when you unlock the car with the key you will set the alarm off,if it is armed. lol also all the doors other than driver door, are missing the lock switch inside the locking regulators. Why don't you just replace the electrics into your original door?

All panels from front doors back can be used from TE to TW, front panels on TL/W clearly different

Looms need to be specific to your model, you will need to change door looms so why not pop out your door locks while you are there and change them over?
