I just bought a new passenger side mirror for my car, took the old one off, plugged the new one in and tightened the bolts.
Now when i try to adjust the mirror it makes a bad noise but not only that it only goes down or sideways, not up. Also when i am adjusting the drivers side mirror the passenger side mirror moves aswell!

This is some sort of problem with the new mirror because the old one worked fine.
Is there anyway to use the new mirror's case with the old mirror's motor?

also, why the hell are the electrics for the drivers mirror affecting the passenger mirror?

Just got the problem of the RHS affecting the LHS direction solved (somehow)???? But the motor is really weak so i took it apart and now can't get it together again.
