So i have worked on my car today for some time and decided i want a letterbox grille but i dont want to buy one because i know that i can make one with some help from you guys. I looked at a thread earlier about it but it didnt really explain much to me about how to cut mine.
I took some pictures and if someone could help out and tell me what i need to do and where to cut and how to keep it strong it would be greatly appreciated.

Using a TH grill much easier to make a letterbox grill. It can be done with a TE/TF but much easier with a TH.
