Hi all

Recently bought a 95 TS V6 SE Auto wagon, which has a couple of problems, which I need some advice on.. Have spent a few days going over the forums and have picked up quite a bit of info, but still have a couple of unanswered questions..

Do all TS auto's come with the gear selection lights on the cluster or was there some without? Mine doesn't and i suspect the cluster has been replaced, perhaps with a manual one.. no OD or Cruise light either..

I also have some idle problems, so will try cleaning the TB and ISC before replacing things, but have been having a bit of trouble finding a TB gasket.. is there any reason I can't just cut a new one from gasket paper? nothing special about it?

The tb gasket from Mitsubishi is $4.80. Bought one last week. U could cut one out of paper. No reason why u couldn't. With ur dash remove and check the globes unless it's been replaced. I have all my drive lights working park, reverse etc on the dash amd my cruise light comes on but not my o/d or drive light. Haven't been arsed to see if it's globes or not.

Thanks for the info.. Gasket is ordered, found the local mitsi parts desk in the back corner of the holden dealership.. :/
Dash has no gear selection panel to check the globes on, so it must be out of a manual.. Looks like I'm after a replacement..

Parts desk got back to me today to let me know the gaskets aren't available anymore.. Looks like I'm making one anyway..

dude so not true. i bought mine like a week and a half ago. up to u bro. its a simple gasket to make. for yourself or anyone else who is after one ring portside mitsubishi. there $4.80. to be honest after removing my tb I could have just reused the old gasket.
