hey all back again, been wondering whats the best way to go about getting me engine fixed, it has a blown gasket has its got milky oil in the filler cap, and its has done just under 184,000kms and pretty sure the thermostat has died, now would it be best to just replace the thermo and head machined with new head gasket or would it be best to get another second hand engine (can get one for 650 trade in with mine) that i know has a good head, and replace the thermo?, cant do nothing till july when i get the money to do it but will doing it myself has well has cant afford the labour fees!

would love to put a v6 in there but dont have the cash for that!
