Does it need constant power? Or do you only want to be able to use when you have your keys set to accessories? Couldn't find any wiring details on the site.

Basically
12V+ P/S -------- 10A Fuse ----------- Switch ------------ Light------------ Earth

If there's no switch on the light it'll constantly be drawing current from the battery as the reciever for the remote will be waiting for a signal, but shouldn't be enough to flatten the battery I don't think. Or you could put a switch in series to isolate the power and switch on when you want to show off the rice lights.

The 10A (could even use 5A?) fuse is to protect the wiring in case of a short circuit.

The P/S can be from the battery, or from the steering column. Use a multimeter and turn the key, to find which wires are active in which key position.
