I've just fitted hotbits and i've set the shock rate to the middle to start with but wondered if anyone has found the best settings? also what ride height are you's rolling on?

I used to drive my friends KF with hotbits coilovers. They were the simple spec where dampers were not adjustable, just height was.
The car managed to get surprisingly low and be fine. In fact at one stage we set it so low that the rear wheels had more than -4 degrees camber and at that stage the rear felt very wobbly and unstable.

The question is what you will be using it for? Track? Road? Bit of both?

all road work except for a few runs down the strip. I do drive rather passionately though and like to throw it into the corners.
