I'm about 60% sure i got this right. I noticed just before when I went for a little drive in the TF the headlights are dim when idling and decelerating (not as much as idle though). This generally means alternator is playing up right? Or is it perfectly normal?

Depends alot of the time yeah its the alternator or battery. Any engine lights yet?

Only on gas but fixed that yesterday (loose plug). Starts fine, no lack of power there so the battery seems good.

Test the alternator with a multimeter. You will get your answer :) How many k's it done?

Yeah i'd say its the alternator on its way out. Plenty of life left yet though

Ok, will test with multimeter tomorrow and see how it goes. Thanks heaps mate
