I trawled through the posts on headlights without luck. Here goes. I was adjusting the low beams on my newly purchased KH Verada - outer adjuster for left/right, inner adjuster for up/down. No problems with the driver's side. On the passenger side, the adjusting wheels do not change the position of the light at all. Mind you, that light is wildly dispersed, part pointing to the ground and another part pointing up into the sky - no distinct centre apparent. I can't see anything broken through the headlight cover. Have the adjusters been stripped or disengaged or something? Over to you, guys!:hmm:

With my experience im putting my money on the plastic adjuster cog has been stripped or a tooth broken off

In a TJ-era car recently (one piece parra, tho I doubt that makes much difference) one adjuster was doing bugger-all.
Had to pull the headlamp unit out, pulled the "gearbox" of the adjuster off the back of the lamp unit - to find that the plastic cog had split and spread, and was no longer catching on the splines of the metal adjusting rod..... only solution was to pull the same bit off a spare headlamp and swap over. If you found a wrecked headlight with adjusters not smashed-up, its only a few screws to realease the cover of the "gearbox" and the rod just clips out of some plastic lugs.

Sounds stupid mate, but seriosuly, make sure the buld is seated correctly. It is very easy to get it wrong, and even being out by the smallest amount will massively change where the beam is pointing.
