sorry if this has been covered before

my TJ VRX is on 198k due for its major

i need to know what needs doing

timing belt and tensioner?
oil and filter (what grade oil should i be using..? sythetic ? or normal? brands?
Air filter
fuel filter? is there one that needs to be done?
spark plugs (3 x platinium 2 x normal? or 6 x platinium?

auto has been done so thats ok.

also need pads....are the pads easy to change myself?

trying to save as much as i can on the service..i'm not attempting the timing belt or plugs myself though

advise would be much helpful
