Does anyone know if these are complete units, either hub or bearings?

Mine are making a whine/boom noise that raises in pitch with speed, and is gone below 60kph

Check the manual but I think you will find they are a single unit, ie bearing and hub need replacing as one. Make sure though the noise isn't brake pads scraping (worn out maybe?) or the backplate touching the rotor. Or the brake shoe dragging.

Pads are still originals, backplate is fine and I adjusted the handbrake thinking it was that. Still makes the noise, which has come to the conclusion of bearings.
And diff oils changed, boots inspected, all good.
