- it's an animation, so wait for it to change.

This is the result of putting Superlows on the front and Lows on the back.

The back hasn't been lowered at all, not even a centimeter, and the front has been lowered drastically.

Why is there such a difference? Why didn't it make any difference to the back?

It looks pretty stupid imo.

Might take it a while to go down a little, normally a few days.
But other than that, I would say your original rear springs were shagged, therefore giving it a lowered look already. That is all.

it look like crap . try and find some super low backs. it will be a pain chancing the fronts back to standard.

The stock photo isn't my car, it's another member's who sent it to me because I forgot to take a photo of my car before lowering haha. But the rear on mine was the same height as that too.

I don't really want to go superlow all-round because it's probably defectable as it is.

As above.

If your lowered springs look the same as a stock car, chances are the stock cars suspension has sagged suspension.

Try Lovells Superlows, they are higher then Kings, but give a nice even stance.

I would say that what ever the rears were they were not lows, there is no way a set of lows will sit a car at std height

But what are the odds that both my car and this member's car have sagged rear springs? Also it doesn't look low to me at all, the rear's pretty high, I wouldn't think that Mitsubishi would put them out higher than that as stock.

Hmm I wish I hadn't already spent all this money on the current springs.

I was thinking that too, but I just checked the part number and they are lowered springs. So I don't know why they're so high. It's high enough that I can still see a decent amount of the spring in the wheel arch. If anything it's probably heightened it.

This whole endeavor seems like such a waste of time and money, after all that the car just looks cheap and the only way to make it any better is to spend even more time and money getting rear springs that are lower and front springs that are higher.

Definitely seems high. This is how Lows sat in the rear of mine (since gone to coilovers to put the tyre under the guard a little).

That looks really nice. It does seem to sit higher than the King Superlows I have on the front.

What is the part number on the rear springs?

2561, they're Pedders. I've recently realized that they may be sitting high because they're 3rd gen springs. But I really didn't think it'd make this much of a difference.

WHAT THE??

I thought you said that you replaced your rear springs and the lowered ones you put in give it the same height as another 2ng gen with standard springs.

The car is 15+ years old so yes the suspension could be sagged. I have standard king lows in both ends of my car and it didn't look very low at all until I put the body kit on it. If you want stupidly low, go superlows all round.
