Is it the complete muffler right up to the 3 bolt flange join? If so, yes its a straight bolt on.

Has it got a dump tip or straight?
Only thing is the veradas have a slightly bigger bumper
Worse comes to worse is to take it to an exhaust shop and get them to fit it for you
Shouldnt cost too much to fit it
