Is the ISC from a 3.0 the same as the one in a 2.6? They look the same.. are they interchangable?
Am trying to diagnose an idling problem..

when do you get the idle problem.

After the car has warmed up, releasing the accelerator suddenly will stall it.. slowly letting it out, it manages to hold on and go back up to 600..

It's an auto so gotta change the speed anyway, just wanting to know if trying the other isc is going to be an option when i start messing around with it..

just looked though the manaul . and they are the same. there a manaul you can down load. its at he bottom of any magna buff post.

I only get that problem when the car is cold and the air con would be going, but if the car is warmed up for a while which I normall do beforehand, and I put the air con on, when I stop the rev's rarely, but can make the car stall, my mechanic just said its a common problem with older mitsubishi vehicles.
