On the TJ Dash, on each side there are round circles in the dash. How do you pop these off? Is it as simple as inserting screwdriver? Just wanted to check this prior to messing it up.

MR SPL, you know what I am refering to, ie gonna try and mount tweets in there.

yep....it is held on by some prongs,but ,work your way around it and a screwdriver will lever it up enough for you to see where the legs of the cap is.
