Need to change oil in a TH Sports Manual.
Can anyone recommend the correct Penrite Grade.

Redline MT90 is what i use and can highly recommend it its a little pricey but the difference to other oils is worlds apart smooth changes and no notchiness.

in the evo lancers they use Diaqueen gearbox 75w85 and its about $65 for 4ltrs , its from Mitsubishi ralliart only I believe

i agree MT90 is fantastic.. its all ive ever used in my evo's
castrol have the vmx-m 75w/85 which i have in my manual TH and its fine..

My personal experience is that the penrite oil was not good in my Magna box.
Get a fully synthetic oil I used LSA last time and it made shift quality 1000x better.
Also you MUST make sure it's GL4 75w-85-ish (or 85-90 etc). GL5 is no good. Check the manual for the precise spec i think its 75w85. But the most important thing is GL4.
