Recently my central locking has stopped working. I've swapped the fuse with a fresh one and replaced the batteries. What else could be wrong? Is it possible the central locking system has failed?
I also noticed in the manual that there is a way to reset the keys from the car. Could i have accidentally done this?
This ones more unrelated to this but on a sedan model executive can the back seat fold down?
Thanks! :woot:

If you use the key in the driver's side door, does it unlock all the doors?
You can check if it's the central locking not working by sitting in the unlocked car with all doors shut and moving the lock/unlock button on the drivers inside door handle fitting - this will either lock/unlock all 4 doors. If they don't move you have a central locking problem. If they do unlock/lock then it's probably the remote is not working....and if you replaced the remote battery then it must be recoded....so I'd also try recoding it. Good Luck.

Now you have a choice of 3 problems.
1) Battery is flat in the remote. I see you have done this.
2) Battery holder has broken away from the printed circuit board. Assumne that you checked this when you changed the batteries.
This leaves :-
3) Remote needs to be paired with the car again.
