hey all im buying a rotrex supercharger for my in the next couple of weeks, the kit is second hand and comes with a PWR oil cooler (also a brand new one that come with the kit), Supercharger mounting bracket (for Mits Magna), the rotrex oil catch can + filter, a 225LPH Walbro fuel pump, 6 390CC Denso Fuel injectors and two pullys. one pully is 5-6psi and the other is 8-9psi. im paying $1200 for the kit as its second hand but only 1200kms on it.

This is the kit on ebay obviously.Make sure the unit is in good nick and doesn't need rebuilding bearings etc.

I would like to know how long the kit takes to fit and how your fuel economy goes.

If you did that, you might as well go twin throttle body - one for each SC and each cylinder bank. That might need something similar to a balance pipe or common chamber before the TB's to have balanced boost levels though.

might be better off with a turbo, had a look at twincharging? I was thinking a sprintex geared to boost early, through a very heavy duty air conditioner compressor clutch to disengage it as it reaches the rev limit of the s/c unit, by which stage a rear mount turbo should be on boost. I imagine it would be a nightmare to tune...
