I have the sedan model obviously and i need to remove the back seat to get the sub because its bolted/screwed into the wall behind the seat.

Anyone done this before and can give me some pointers? thanks.

At the front of the seat, behind ur legs there is a little latch to pull on either side then the base just pops out.

Then I thing there is 2 or 3 bolts at the bottom next to where the seatbelt blots on. Undo them and the back rest just pushes up and comes out.

pull up from the front of the seat base, there should be 2 clips along the front, fiddle with them a bit and the front should lift up and the whole base slide foward. The seatbelts might be going through loops on part of the seats in the join too. There are 3 bolts holding the bottom of the seat back down, and then it lifts upwards and fowards, there are hooks holding the top in. The plastic around the hole/flap thing in the middle seat can also hold the seat back to the car if its been put back on or wasnt broken last time the last person took it off.

Yeah mate. A previous owner had thought it smart to screw the sub into the most awkward position ever!
