hey guys...can anyone tell me if 20in wheels wrapped in 225/30/r20's would fit inside the guards of a ralliart without any mods or lipping? i believe the offset is 38-40...cheers guys

245/30/20 should fit..

I've got them on my Verada and they sit in the guards.

Yep, they'd easily fit.

245/35R20 will fit on Magnas with the right offset, so 225/30s will be easy.

Be careful of the load-rating, although in 225/30 you shouldn't have too much of a problem (common commodore size).
