hi would a te onwards magna auto normal 4 speed fit the ts model with modification

Any thing is possible with modification, but I expect this would be too much trouble. TS to TE was the biggest mechanical change in all of the Magna models mechanically - I think I was a third year apprentice back then. I think it would be like putting a Falcon Transmission in a Commodore. And now that I have thought a bit more, they changed the the motor from one side of the car to the other. TS was left hand side and TE was right hand side (like now.) So if you try to do it, I think it will end in frustration and tears or maybe even a car that goes really fast backwards.

reason is the ts magna auto just grinded and went bang and now every time when you put it in r or d it grinds and doesnt move and when you put it in p when the engine runs it sounds like a cord rewinder or something let go

Reading some of this site - second had boxes seem really cheap. Just get another TS box for your car if the rest of the car is good.
