Check your owners manual - if you don't have one try your local wreckers.
Clutch fliud is the small master cylinder - next to the brake master cylinder. Change interval is 80K if memory is right.
G/box oil is done from under the car. Drain plug is on bottom of g/box - fill plu on side.
This link will get you the free downloadable workshop manual which you can read and then do it "by the book".

If the car doesn't leak (if the ground has no oil on it where you park the car) you don't need to check your gearbox oil. Just change it as the book recommends (80k?.) Clutch fluid should be checked as often as you check the break fluid. If the fluid is low in the slave cylinder is most likely leaking.

Doesn't leak just wondered if it needs to be done
Clutch fluid abosrbs moisture from the air. This degrades the fluid and in the case of brakes, lowers the boiling point severely - fluid boils, brake pedal goes to the floor, no stopping. For the clutch it is not quite as bad, but it does cause corrosion and ultimately causes leaks and you have to replace your master cylinder and slave cylinder. It is cheap, easy and effective to replace the fluids every 2 years. It is essential with brakes to do this.
Regarding the gearbox oil, it is good practice to change it every 80000 km as per the book because the oil can be contaminated by wear particles. Most of these will be trapped by the magnetic drain plug, but it is good, relatively cheap insurance.
