Hey guys
I'm brand new to this forum because of my broken Magna TF which I love to bits bought me here.
EDIT: * So below is the problem, but I've devised a solution. I'm going to re-route the water so that it doesnt go through the heater core at all, because hopefully the connection that changes when you turn the knob on the from hot to cold is in the engine bay???? But I'm not sure how the system works, does the water always go though the heater core or when you've got the temp changer on cold does it by-pass it altogether?
If this makes sense what do you think? *
I wont yack on but what the problem is that in the dash I'm pretty sure right behind the fire wall a hose from the radiator has blown and leaks when pressure is built up from the engine running. I cant work out if its just for the interior heater or just what circulates out of the engine its self.
But whats now happened is I have water/coolant all over my passenger seat floor from the leak.
So what I'm asking is that is there an easyer way to get to this hose other than pulling the dash apart? can I get at it from under the dash?
I hope this makes sence, all advice is welcome because this sort of thing is beyond me
thanks guys :)
