Hi there.

I have a 02 TJ advance wagon recently bought. It's done 117k. Previous owner can't tell me if the timing belt was changed or not,so I'm tipping that means it wasn't....
Also going to put an autotransmission cooler on it as will be doing some towing.

Therefore,a rough cost of a new timing belt, also a auto flush and cooler added would be great if anyone knows roughly? Could these two jobs be done in the same day? Just an issue in getting to work and taking more than one day off....

Thanks for your help

The flush is $185
The cooler is $95 plus fitting of approx $125
The timing belt is $300 to install and $149 for the kit

It can easily be done in 1 day

You may also need to change coolant, brake fluid, Filters (air, fuel) and spark plugs depending on if this has been done at any stage

thanks heaps Madmagna. Those prices are pretty reasonable

Just having a quick look around the site it looks as if you do this work, own a magna workshop?
If so,I am in Melbourne obviously,so you might expect a call in the coming weeks!
