I would just like to say thank you to whoever put the information about re-registering the key fob to the car!

I was having no end of problems with both my key fobs so last night I left them without their batteries in a bath of metho. Great cleaner & dries well.

Tried them this morning and they would not work! :(

Got on here to look for someone who could provide replacements as there only seems to be 1 guy on eBay at the moment who has any.

Found the re-programming information, and wondered if it would help. Couldn't hurt I figured. Fitted new batteries to both and went and carried out the operation according to the rules.

And wonder of wonder, both my remotes are now locking and unlocking my TL VR Wagon!

WOO-freakin-HOO!

I am such a happy camper now. I don't have to find the couple of hundred dollars extra to buy some replacements for when I sell the car shortly.

I just bought a 380 Series III Fusion Burst and I can't drive 2 cars at once, so the ever reliable VR wagon is to go.
