My 92 TR 2.6lt auto refuses to start. Its fuses are all good and the distributor is new and the points are all cleaned! Battery is fully charged and their is fuel getting to the cylinders. And if it does turn over there is a heap of black smoke out the back end! Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

black smoke is usually burnt fuel
so you do have spark of some sort
so it should be fixable

might be plugs

EFI injected or carby
how many ks on the motor
