I have this weird problem with my car.

whenever it rains and i drive it through some heavy puddles, a "cracking" sound starts to emerge.

This "cracking" sound is only heard when accelerating off from standstill, and when applying the brakes.

I do not think it is engine mount as water will not splash that high up, and also it should not make noises under braking... Unless I am wrong. The driver side engine mount rubber does look a bit torn though.

Which bush could this likely be? has anyone experienced this thus far?

This is for TW VRX - has only done 100k kms.
