Little different, but the 3.8l heads are a heap better ;) high flowing 3.5litre head turn out only a tiny bit better "WORSE" then a standard 3.8 ;) hope your car is going well ;)
What I got told by the guy porting my heads

If your thinking of buying those heads off ebay then I dont really see the point, just get cams and spend some money on your heads getting them cleaned up.

If it were me I'd try and source the parts and reco the heads myself, Im sure you could do it for under the asking price of those heads on ebay.

I can get the pair cheaper as i know him, hes holding them for me. If the 3.0 head is going to flow less i see no point lol

From memory a set of ralliart valve springs from mitsu are around $260 or so adjustable cam gears are $200-$250 and a little de-shrouding with a dremil and you'll be happy as larry. lol

Alright next question, will 6g75 heads fit on 3.5 block without mods? if not what mods are needed? Exploring options while we are on the topic

4 valve 3L SOHC heads are the same as the 4 valve 3.5L SOHC heads. Ive worked on/ported plenty over the years

I didn't ask, seems the exhaust port would probably be different, and they had started my 3.5 heads

Brand new, yes.... Second hand... No, ;) seems you can buy a whole 3.5 for $650 these days,
6G75 heads are a no-go. It will decompress the engine into the 7's You would need 12:1 pistons to bring it back into spec.

Mate I got a whole crate motor for $1300 so if you want to pay him $500 for just the heads thats up to you. You will still need to replace the valve springs and cam gears when you fit your cams.
