I am replacing a dead CD stacker that had a female 13 pin DIN plug that connected to the male 13 pin DIN plug (naturally) from the head unit. I want to replace the stacker with another, but it has a male 13 pin DIN plug. Can I make up a female to female cable to allow the new stacker to connect to the head unit? Thanks. :hmm:

Is the wiring configuration of the new stacker in the same order as the old one? Instead of introducing a new cable into the line, why not depin the new stacker from the male plug and swap it over to a female plug?
