AFAIK Verada para's dont have parkers in them so you would need to modify them. So you will need to get them from a Sports or VRX or any other Magna model that came out with them.

Yup that's correct, the Veradas had their parkers in the bumper, so you'll want a Sports/VR-X/AWD set of paras.
The low beam on the paras is H7, whereas the standard headlights are a H4 combo low/high, which necessitates some slight wiring changes and a new set of globes.
Also, the light output on the standard lights is better, so if you do a fair bit of night time driving you may want to consider keeping your standard lights.

If you can install angel eyes yourself, installing the paras and mucking around with the wiring will be no issue for you.
As long as your angel eyes are white and not blue, and not too bright, you shouldn't have any legal issues.
Generally speaking, when it comes to your normal halogen bulb, you diminish light output the whiter you go.
I couldn't imagine angel eyes looking good on a regular set of Magna headlights.
