The rims will fit but if they come with the standard tyres for the 380 17" wheels then they are way too small for the Verada specs.

You will need tyres in 225/55R17 or 225/50R17 in XL form

How is 215/55/17 too small?

The load rating, (93), is incorrect, but the size is within the limits allowed. It's actually closer in size than the 225/55/17 that you're suggesting here.

Edit: To the OP; they'll fit fine, I've had them on my TL wagon for the past 4 years. :)

With 225/55 you'll actually be going a few k's faster than what the speedo says (assuming speedo is calibrated for 16", which they appear to be)

Sorry guys, my bad. I had the size of 215/50R17 in my head for some reason. Either way the load rating is too low. Checked last night and the 215/55R17 tyres fitted to the 380s are 93 load rated.

They're a bit wider than base model rims, but the 17" 380 rims are the same width and offset as the 17" rims on the sports model Magnas.
