Personally, I got to think this little sucker is an absolute waste of money, Lovely DAC's, excellent SNR Ratio. Ability to play lossless or CD quality Tunes - Big Fat Zero.
When they get around to supporting lossless files like .wav, or flac, sure, but whats the point of those goodies when it can only play MP3.
Your Deck, Remote Extra, Bluetooth extra, CD Extra.
Try the KD-R926BT instead.
CD - USB WMA, MP3, Wav Bluetooth, Burr Brown DAC's as well, street price $300.00 with TA too (time alignment).
Bluetooth included, Remote included, custom display colors,
It wont hook up with the fancy SQ addons that are all expensive options with the Alpine, but if it just does MP3, why bother.

I have started searching around more, and getting info mainly from the US or Europe. Seems to be an alright HU with the add-ons, but hey, they aren't included and are almost as much as the head unit (retail price) all put together. I suppose a good thing is that it does have a built in amp (50w x 4). I now know that Pioneer have a 2011 model media receiver for about 150 bucks less than the Alpine one, but again no cd's.....
The JVC unit looks promising, I will look further into it.
