hi , new to this forums but not Mitsubishi , has a fairly modified Mitsubishi scorpion , and a Rare tj sports wagon ,
my girl Friend love the look of the ce lancers and we are looking to get one for her ,
would like to know some of the good point and bad points about this car, from the people that own them
and what to look for when buying one .

There are no real bad points about the CE Lancers. I have owned 3 of them CE styles at different phases of my life and loved all of them. The one i love most though is the 1.8 Lancer MR manual. It has loads of power and auto everything and sooo cheap on petrol.

HOwever, you do need to look hard for a well looked after one. I had driven 4 different lancer MR and all of them were almost as weak as my old 1.5 Mirage (except for that one that i own now). The one i ended up buying although high kms, was well maintained and a little more expensive compared to Red book. Had it for one year and it has been reliable.
