got some splits put in on friday, which was a great idea

however, today after driving around i started to get a crackle through all the speakers including the newly installed splits.

i looked at all of them, with nothing not connected but i looked in the boot at the 6 x 9s and one of the wires has come off and i cant put it back on.

could this be what is causing the crackle through the speakers? or is something else causing it like a speaker wire?

the loose wire i found is a black one from the where the magnets are. its just sitting in the middle of the air right now taped at the end.

its got the actual speaker wire, that black wire and the tinsel.
thats all the visable wiring.

Take it back to the guys who did the install! But that wire sounds like the source of your issues.
