Should i take the bulb cover off the low beam of the lights and also remove the orange cover for the indicator. I will put projectors in at a later date just seeing the blue bulbs i have for them might look better if u can see them

i have ultra blue narva low beams and i never took off any covers and they are fine with a cover on and if your referring to the TL/TW side indicators i am leaving mine alone i don't see any point modifying the side indicators/tail lights unless your going to smoke/tint them hope this helps. Chris

You can remove the orange from the indicator but you will need to make sure you have decent amber globes so they can be seen. As far as taking the low beam covers off so that you can see your blue bulbs don't bother and take the blue bulbs out and throw them in the bin. They are illegal, in fact it is illegal to have blue or red lights anywhere on the car ( other than red brake lights obviously ) on a no emergency vehicle and can not only earn you a fine but a defect notice.
Cheers Luke

Actually removing the amber plastic from inside the indicator housing is illegal and defectable. The reason being is that the amber plastic also dispurses light better than a bulb on its own. A keen eyed copper will defect you for it.
With regards to lights, no blue ANYWHERE and no red on the front generally speaking

Lol You can remove the orange lens but yes it does disperse the light. DO NOT take out the low beam cover, instead if you are after the blue / white look then put some narva artic plus 50's in. They are perfectly ADR aproved and a big improvement on stock halogens

I never said it wasn't illegal, i already know it is like all the headlight modifications i do! Its just the risk you take, I cant see me being done for it at any time. I guess maybe get some phillips phantom bulbs and clear lens cover
You mean phillips silvervision? I have them, they kick ass

Ive got paras yet to put in that have stock globes in them (I assume) how much roughly do these globes go for and I guess repco/autobarn would stock them?
theyre low beam too right? should parker lights be changed to look better with angel eyes?
not fussed with upgrading high beam as of yet as I rarely need to use them.
Cheers for any input from anyone. gives me some food for thought before I decide what globes I want.

They generally should not be any more the $50 a set, cheaper from memory. The are low beam yes, why use parkers when you have WHITE angel eyes? You can if you want, if you must then put some white LEDs in. Just ruins the effect otherwise

I paid $65 flat for a set/pair of high and lows cost me $130 all up very cheap and even though it was a pain at times to install the bulbs its very worth it the Narva bulbs come with parkers as well so i got spare set sitting at home, i do recommended you think about weather to get Blue* ones or not as it may lay you into trouble if i took back time i probably would of gotten the strongest clear ones. Cheers

On the amber subject, i took my section out and i am running a coloured bulb. The light dispursion is fine, i would find the phantom bulbs to be a bit dull
