Looks like the connector to those lights is a bit loose. Not sure exactly where it is, but it's most likely under the centre console somewhere.

+ 1
Or a loose/faulty globe. When someone pulls out the shifter, there is a connection to hook up the light right there.
If its not that, it could take a bit to trace.
There is a plug on the right hand side, but to have a bit of a poke around there, lift the centre console storage lid, and the lower console lifts easily, starting from the rear.

I had the same issue with some of mine also, replaced the globes and the flashing stopped, now all 3 globes are blown and I CBF'd pulling the centre console apart again lol

Did you put in regular globes, or did you try LED's, they may reduce the draw a little....

Are the globes separate for P,R,N,D? Wouldn't mind getting a different color globe for R to match the R on the dash :)

I dont have a 380 so I'm unsure on a fix,if it flashing like that could be a dirty connection/ lose wire. Bad batch of LED's might do it. Unsure would need to get my hands on a disco/ flashing 380 and a multimeter :)

As I would need to test weather the voltage being supplied is constant and then go from there :) Then test the lamp on a know good supply of power. By the end of testing I would knows the answer.

From memory there is one globe for the PRND and one each for the - & +
