As all the TL/W models came with a power drivers seat I was wondering if anyone has a problem with the switch to move the seat forwards and backwards? I am a little taller then my wife so I like the seat a little more back then her, but the switch is getting harder to engage. It goes forward, up and down no problem, just going back it takes a few goes if I am lucky.

Would it be something simple like cleaning connectors or a replacement part?

I had the same problem you described above, only now the back and forwards option isn't working at all now.
Did you end up fixing yours?

Anybody out there got any idea how to fix this problem? I tried cleaning the wiring connections with no result!

You can take the switch apart and clean it out, which may help, but if it is the motor then you will have to clean it too.

I have cleaned and rebuilt a couple of the motors in the seat before, Brasso helps.
