Narva artic blues, never failed me:)
100+ Phillips are great. A strong beam and good distance. I can't fault them. Only $45 on eBay with fee postage.

I've been researching this the last few days too! (One of my diamond visions just died :( )
The phillips +100% Seem to be great globes from everything i've read, yet their temp is a little low and so their colour is a little yellow for me. I'm currently using Narva Arctic Blue's in my high beams and they have a nice white light (4000K), but from what ive read online, arent recommended as they blow very quickly. I haven't had my arctic's for that long (Less than a year), but they are still doing ok, so its a tough choice.
I'm not so keen on getting crystal or diamond visions again as although they look awesssommme in paras, the light output is very poor (I think worse than stock?), so its not really worth it..
So if you don't care about the colour of the light and want the best output, go for the +100%! Trying to find a decent 4000k+ bulb with good output is hard! (Until you go HID's which it looks like you are doing)

Thinking i'm gonna go HID in my highbeams soon. keep the diamond visions in the lowbeams. Not like you need real bright lowbeams but for the times when i need light i got the highbeams there ready to go!

I would recommend putting HIDs in your low beam too.
I was in the same boat as you - I was originally going to go for upgraded halogen bulbs in my low beam, and HID high beam. My auto electrician advised against it though - since they're not a high/low (eg H4 bulbs), your low beam bulb makes a fair contribution to your high beam output. He told me that it simply wasn't worth upgrading high beam on its own - if anything, I would have been better to just upgrade low beam.
He's been right for the last 20 years my dad's used him, so I'll take his word as gospel... and that's how I have HID low and high beam lol
As far as halogens go though, I'd definitely be looking at Philips +80 or +100 bulbs...

Once they've warmed up though they'll flick on basically straight away.

i have Philips Blue Vision's in my paras, and they're great! even though they're called blue vision's, their light is not blue at all- actually the blue visions are 4000k lol
