AMC,

After doing a bit of research before going off and buying a pod filter to fit into my car, for a fully sick sound, i read that it must be in a fully enclosed box for it to pass all these EPA laws and what not.

is there any way i can "edit" the stock box to fit one of these in, or must i find or fabricate a new box?

and yes, i know panel filters can give similar benefits, but i can pawn it off to one of my fellow moronic p plate mates to cover my costs.

you can cut your stock airbox to fit a pod but there is some mods once you cut the appropraite sized and shape hole to fill in the gap at the back to make it a "fully enclosed" box

i just kept cutting untill it fit insde without problems. then just seal up the back with excess plastic try and make it as neat as possible and should turn out fine.

Good luck finding one of Ezyboys boxes lol, I think one has been resold in the almost 2 years I've been here.
