I had the battery disconnected in my "2003 TL ES auto"

and now the Distance to empty not showing up when i scroll through the trip computer settings.

Have you driven it yet, the distance til empty can only be calculsted once there is an average l/100 figure.

onyl been driven for about 2 kms since reset. Ill check after longer drive cheers.

it takes some time to be able to calculate a somewhat realistic drive after a battery disconnect.

you can force it sometimes to calculate the DTE earlier by holding the Mode / Set button to reset when on the DTE screen, but its going to be a lower number than if you let it calcilate it on its own sort of thing.
give it a few more KM to get some more fuel use data together and it will come back on its own for you though.

What Doddski said, or you've got so little fuel in the car it's range is less than 100km. For some reason they don't tend to display below that figure, at least mine never does.
