anyone had any experience with the Xenith series of the Cadence amps?

im looking at buying a 4 chan one which will power my splits and my sub.

in particular this one - http://www.cadencecaraudio.com.au/store/amplifiers/xenith-series/xa125-4-4-channel-80-watts-rms-4-ohm.html

it fits a budget ive got, and gives sufficient power (on paper) for my speakers.

I'm running that particular amp (125.4) in my car, with the same set up as you're proposing. I haven't had any prob's with it, it has enough for the speakers & small sub.

i noticed it has an inbuilt fan, is that loud while the system is on a low volume?
plus do you know if it can take 4 gauge power and ground wiring? ( to save myself the hassle of running new cables thru)

I haven't noticed the fan to be loud, but I have mine in the boot so it's not something I would normally hear. Not sure about the 4 gauge wiring, I'm running 8. Manual is avail online, maybe take a look there.

Ah ok cool, cause if the fan was loud id most likely not get it (i want music not air con :P )
checked the manual and 4 gauge is sufficient for the amp

The fan on my kenwood isnt too loud, so i imagine, hopefully the Cadence's fan noise would be around the same as that.
If the 4ga is too much you can always use those like step down wire terminator things (dunno what they are called, just know what they do haha).
