hello all

After doddski suggested putting on the 3L torque converter yesterday it got me wanting lol

I was just wondering can anyone answer a few questions in relation to a 3L torque converter on a 3.8L tj magna

-will it handle the torque of the 6G75 motor?
-do you notice/feel the launch increase?
-how much will it roughly set me back?
-is it too big of job and not worth time and effort?

Any feedback, help and ideas is apprecated

Cheers

Theres a couple of us with AWD's running them with 75's.
Launch is much better. The trade off is it may be a little jerky off & on the throttle in 1st gear heavy traffic situations.
No idea on prices. Would pay to get the converter checked before installing.

I'm happy with it & will be keeping it like this, but its not a daily drive either though.

so if it was your daily driver you would get over it jumping all through traffic???
