I have a Magna Wagon TE Manual, goes really well actually like the car has a lot more power in it than you would expect. But i want to make look a bit better.

What are some ideas ?

a magna wagon and a manual too, what more could you want :P first thing i would do is get it lowered, they look nice with super lows and a nice set of mags, something shiny

Pics would be great...what sort of dollars do you have? start with the basics ..window tint,colour code,rims. Give it a good detail if you havent already a car always turns heads if it is spotless.

yeah first thing I would get onto would be colour coding the sides of the car... especially the lower and middle plastic shrouds.
then get some nice wheels and lower the bugger with tint etc...
And then if you go further the vrx kit and sportswagon rear flares/wing would look sweet.

Just to add your very lucky to have a manual wagon.. I had to get mine converted because they made no manual sportswagons haha...
