Hey guys,

I was wondering if the stock radio on a TF 1997 has a RCA output for hooking up a sub.

I like to work on my car mostly as a project to learn how to do things myself as a result i dont really want to spend money on a new HU as it'll probably be worth as much as i paid for the car :P

any info is much appreciated.

Jaycar. High to low level converter. Problem solved. Doof

never heard of a High to low before but did a lil research. Can i run 2 wires off the back of the HU so one set goes to the front speaker section of the wiring harness and the others are spliced in and run into the converter? or is there a simpler way?

Some amps have the high low line converter built in, and the amps can even autosense turn on.
Kicker for example......
