I removed the washer bottle to replace a bulb, put it all back, bottle is now full, hoses don't look kinked or twisted, and I can hear the pumps working when I operate the washer switches, but no water comes out back or front, despite several minutes effort.

any suggestions?

all OK now, just had to run it for ages..........
