Hi to all tech gurus, my TH Sports has recently started displaying the "TCL OFF" light followed closely by the engine warning light. This occurs after about 10 minutes driving and disappears after turning the ignition off and leaving the vehicle for a short time after which it operates normally. There are no other indications of faults and it only occurs intermittently. Any tech gurus come across this?? The manual is a waste of trees regarding issues like this. Are there any techo web sites where I can look for info?? Thanks all.

My KJ started to do the same, then seemed to come good so I cleared the fault codes. Soon after it started again, intermittently. When I checked the fault codes the engine warning light flashed a code 61, then (if I read it correctly) kept repeating code 71. Code 61 is a communication problem between the engine & auto ECUs, but my manual doesn't list a code 71 for that warning light.
If it starts doing it more regularly &/or twice in the 1 day I will take it to an auto electrician.
