I am new owner of TJ Magna Exec, There is no Keyless entry is it supposed to have keyless entry? and if so, considering I do not have the device with the buttons on it am I able to obtain one and reinstate keyless entry? I believe Commodore had keyless entry from about 1994, it seems strange that Magna would not have this as standard by 2002.

It is standard, your remotes are probably lost or broken. Go buy a new remote from Mitsu and program it up following the instructions in the manual, or let the guys there do it for you when you pick it up. $60-70 from memory.

two years ago a certain mitsi dealer on North East Road was charging $75 for a remote and programming, total rip off. Get on ebay and get a remote for around $30 and program it yourself

edit: ok so it is more like $70 to $100 on ebay now, still don't let the dealer charge you $30 for something that literally takes 2 seconds to do
